3. Are there items RAM won't accept for shipment?
Yes. RAM operates across both air and road networks, so there are certain items we cannot carry.
Anything classified under the Dangerous Goods Regulations, goods with a hazardous content label, or items that fall under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and carry a UN number are not accepted.
Beyond that, RAM classifies certain goods as either Prohibited or Restricted:
Prohibited Items are strictly not accepted for shipment under any circumstances. The full list is outlined in our Prohibited Items Schedule.
Restricted Items may be shipped under special arrangements, procedures, and terms and conditions. To arrange shipment of a restricted item, please contact your nearest branch.

Please note that RAM reserves the right to inspect any consignment suspected of containing prohibited or restricted items. Failure to comply may result in confiscation of the shipment and legal proceedings.
