    Delivery to the person specified on the Waybill

    KYC - FICA / RICA - We are equipped to deliver credit cards, which requires compliance by the courier with regulations enacted in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (“FICA”), including the collection and return to the client of Identity Documents and Proof of Residence (“POR”).

    RAM also complies with all the requirements regarding the delivery of cellular communication equipment, where the courier must fulfil the regulations enacted in terms of the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act, 2002 (“RICA”), including the collection and return to the client of Identity Documents and Proof of Residence (“POR”).

    Face-to-face deliveries are also offered on the basis that RAM is only entitled to deliver to the specified consignee against receipt of signature and proof of identity.

  • FIREARM SERVICE

    RAM provides a firearm service to pre-approved firearm clients who have been accepted as a registered user of the Firearm Consignment Portal on APP.RAM.

    In addition to RAM’s Standard Terms and Conditions, the following terms and conditions do apply –

    • Firearm clients will be required to complete, authorise, and submit a Firearm Shipping Instruction electronically to RAM via APP.RAM.
    • It remains the sole responsibility of the client to correctly package the firearm(s) and/or ammunition in a durable hardcover box before collection by a RAM Courier. Any ammunition must be packed in durable boxes, separate from the firearm(s).
    • Firearm services will be provided at the client’s risk and no insurance, liability, limited liability, or indemnity will be provided by RAM.
    • Firearm services will be provided as part of RAM’s Economy Firearm Service (3 to 5 business days from collection) to allow enough time to manage the shipment process, especially to regional destinations.
    • No firearm(s) and/or ammunition will be shipped as part of air cargo. All shipment will be via road.
