Payment Options

We have two payment options available. You can use a bank card or pay via Instant EFT (Bank Transfer)

Bank Card

RAM accepts South African MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also accept cheque or debit cards if your card has a CVV number and an expiry date, as well as a Visa or MasterCard logo. RAM makes use of the 3D-Secure authentication, a new mandated security system to verify cardholder details with your bank. This authentication takes places within your banks secure environment. RAM does not have access to your card details.

EFT

If you do not have a credit card or do not want to make online payments using a credit card, RAM provides an ideal solution where you can make payments safely and securely from your bank account. This service is an instant EFT payment service that allows you to make secure online payments in real time. Select your bank and simply complete the simple, guided process to make a payment through your bank directly to RAM. This allows you to make a secure payment directly on the RAM website.

You can use this EFT service if you have Internet banking facilities with the following South African banks: ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, Standard Bank

Note:

Please note that you need to have sufficient funds in your bank account in order to complete any transactions online. Moreover, you must have the once-off payment facility activated.

The payment methods are totally secure. We have Thawte and EV SSL encryption certificates which gives our payment processing service an extremely high level of security.

Further, when payments are processed online, RAM does not have access to your sensitive personal and financial information, so this data remains completely safe and secure.
